As a THS user I want to manage the storage of hazard realisation curves with a CLI script.

We need a way to move curves into different places / states

  • migrate curve[s] from V3 (Openquake) to Rev 4 (HazardRealisationCurve).
    • Local-> Local
    • cloud -> cloud (intra-region)
    • cloud -> cloud (inter-region)
  • Migrate curves from one storage system to another:
    • local to cloud
    • cloud to local
  • restrict options to sane ones in combination with version migration
  • provide means to filter what is migrated (maybe different for storage vs migration.
