Describe the bug
GNS3 VM installed on VMware Fusion 13. When I enabled the GNS3 VM, the VM is still stuck in the starting process. After a few minutes, Operations Timeout Error Occurs.

The server status is gray still.
VMware Network adapters work fine ( Host-Only * 1 + NAT *1)

GNS3 version and operating system (please complete the following information):

  • OS: MacOS M2 silicon.
  • GNS3 version [2.2.49]
  • GNS3.VM.ARM64.2.2.49 used.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Vmware, The created GNS3 VM is show as Pic:1
  2. Go to 'GNS3 --> preference --> server', Shown as Pic:2
  3. Go to 'GNS3 --> preference --> GNS3 VM' check "enable the gns3 vm" then click apply. Show as Pic:3
  4. Pop-Up window still waiting for http://localhost:3080 like Pic3
  5. Error shows: Operation timeout. (My laptop has no firewall or anti-virus installed.
