Change MAC addresses

After mouting API mountpoints and before the
network interfaces are brought up we have a
chance (without bringing them down) to change
the network interfaces' MAC addresses.

lo should never change address, the others
should be selectable and randomisable.

GNU MAC Changer is a simple utility that can do this.
