Issue description

If a cage trap triggers near reinforced blocks, it seems to bug those blocks caught in the radius into being breakable using a universal block remover by ANY player. It should be pretty clear that this is really game breaking for multiplayer servers that allow stealing/griefing :(

Here is a recording showing a reproducing of the bug

side note: i apologize if i forget to respond to any replies to this post, for i do not normally use github for anything lol

Steps to reproduce

Best to test with a friend or with an alt account

  1. Player [A] places a wall of reinforced blocks (ex: reinforced deepslate bricks)
  2. Player [B] places a cage trap next to the wall of reinforced blocks
  3. Player [A] or other entity walks into the cage trap to trigger it
  4. Player [B] is now capable of using a universal block remover to break Player [A]'s reinforced block wall
