get_historical_interest argument keywords is not the same in documentation #488

Hello there! This is an easy fix. In the official documentation the keyword argument is said to be kw_list, whereas in the code it is actually keywords.

I was wondering if you'd prefer to fix the documentation (the README.md) or the function itself to be consistent across the library.
