Work with the default layout which contains reactive elements

GenieStatic can write pages using the default layout, which contains code for WebSockets, channels, Vue, Quasar, and other reactive elements. However, the output HTML does not render correctly. A workaround is to use a layout without reactive elements. https://KwatMDPhD.com is made using such a custom layout and this plugin.
