[Feature Request]: Open profile on handle click

Describe the bug

Clicking on the mastodon handle next to the name on a timeline opens the post, not the profile.

Clicking on the name or handle should logically be the same and bring you to the profile.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open a timeline e.g. on the start/home page
2. Click on the handle in a post (next to the name)
3. Observe that you opened the post, not the profile

Making it clickable would also need an indicator, for example the display name next to it is a button and when hovered you can notice that it gets a background etc indicating that it can be clicked.

Now the options for the handle are either making it part of the display name button or making it a separate button. Both feel awkward however due to how close they are and the fact that on narrowed window sizes (or very long names) it wraps below the display name
