Add Preserve User date order to C3 ARD styling for upcoming release

Made zoom and cache behaviour consistent between NRT and ARD

This release swaps out the ga_s2[ab]_ard_nbar_granule products for the s2[ab]_ard_granule products in the s2_ard_granule_nbar_t, s2a_ard_granule_nbar_t, and s2b_ard_granule_nbar_t layers.
