I've never encountered one of these files before, but the specification is publicly available: https://www.ezbsystems.com/isz/iszspec.txt

However, it does say a "free license" is required in order to implement it, and I'd rather not incorporate non-copyleft licenses into rom-properties if they aren't needed.

Okay. Thank you anyway.

I asked because both Daemon Tools & Alcohol 52% (free version of Alcohol 120%) support it. I also forgot to mention the 7-zip plugin Iso7z (https://www.tc4shell.com/en/7zip/iso7z/) also supports it.
