Imported WP Blog Post preview error: Rendering process failed File post-top-image.hbs does not exist

Bug description

I've imported a set of WP blog posts and am trying to clean them up a bit. I using the Mono theme. One of the posts is throwing the following error when editing the the post and clicking Preview:

Rendering process failed
File post-top-image.hbs does not exist.

I've tried a few other posts and no errors, just this one. I tried duplicating the problem post and previewing, same issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open post in WYSIWYG editor.
2. Click Preview.

Relevant log output

Checked all *error* logs and no errors are reported.
