Timing

I just started using WinWhisper to generate subtitles for a five hour long video. I am impressed with the accuracy of the generation of text from dialog. The application makes very few errors and produces usable text (that is accurate with correct format, punctuation, etc.). What is not very accurate is the timing. Starting times are often off by a few tenths of a second but frequently off by as much as 20 seconds. Four or five second start time errors are common. Duration times are also often off. I'm correcting the timing manually. It's not difficult but it is tedious and time intensive. Would it be useful to do some sort of comparison between the raw subtitles produced by the application and the corrected subtitles I'm working on now? I'd be glad to provide both if that would help improve the application. Is there some setting in the application that I've missed that would produce more accurate timing?
