Firmware 3.10a
The Hobbit D64 can't load. Freeze after 10s (first protection check). Many releases tested.
I've made real disk from D64 on my real 1571. Game boots fine with real disk when U2P removed, crashed when cartridge in slot.
Even with Device 8 & 9 disabled on U2P, the real 1571 seams to misbehave when going through the cartridge. Works fine without cartridge.

New try:
Real disk load successfully with U2P plugin and both drive devices AND IEC are disabled ...

Finally, D64 image loads from virtual drive when IEC disabled, But still can't load from real drive when one virtual drive is activated.
Seams there's conflict between virtual and real drive and between IEC and drives (virtual or real)

Many IEC fast loaders included with games and demos don't work when there is more than 1 device on the IEC bus (in some cases even real IEC devices that are turned off prevent demos from working). The IEC fast loaders violate the commodore IEC spec and use control lines to send data.

So for games with fast loaders and for demos, only one 1541 drive should be enabled on the IEC bus (real or virtual).

FYI: An exception is Jiffy Dos, it has done a great job of being compatible with multiple devices and can still do 9-10x loading speed increase. But is disabled when a game or demo's own fast loader takes over.
