I have an UltimateII from March 2014, and I'm using it in a Commodore 128. I hadn't touched it in a while, and it was running on version 3.1 of the firmware. I attempted to upgrade it from 3.1 to the 3.7 dual drive image, but it froze (see below). I downloaded some of the older releases, and I was able to upgrade it to 3.6 without a problem. I then tried to upgrade 3.6 -> 3.7 but ran into the same freeze. This happens with both the dual drive image and the audio image.
First, the "Loading update" bar fills up. Then it takes me to a screen to confirm the required update, but the yes/no cursor won't move. You can see that parts of the screen are inconsistently colored.
When I did the 3.6 update, the colors on this screen looked fine, and I was able to move the cursor to select an option. That update worked fine.
I'm wondering if there's something wrong with the 3.7 release images or if there is something about my model (since it is relatively old) which is not compatible with the latest.
Thank you.
