Catch the messages

Create a script that can take all the messages from the telegram group,

apply filters

• hashtag
• has link
• whitelist author

and save the results in an airtable table, a table for each hashtag (es. #news #event etc...)

We have to decouple telegram and airtable libs using an adapter, like that we can save it to another storage (ex. database) just changing a configuration.
