Removing social account connection on Eligible GIVBack form nothing happen

When removing social connection using Remove button nothing happen, but after refresh everything is fine:

on production givbacks eligibility form:

• user can successfully add TWITTER connection on form
• user can successfully add DISCORD connection on form
• user can successfully add LINKEDIN connection on form
• without refreshing the page, user can successfully remove all the above social platform connections from form
