When the mediawiki is deployed, a useful application info page is displayed, including a section with a link to update the TLS certificate. This link, however, is outdated and points to https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/click-to-deploy/blob/master/k8s/MediaWiki/README.md#update-tls-certificate-for-MediaWiki
