Different file/folder structure

Been mentioned that it may be a better idea to split the files within a project folder further into text/image/video subfolders.

Pros being easier to find specific files as you know their types.
Cons being questions about existing setups/configs and that http now uses /project/cellName, which may have to be changed too.

Discussion on this would be good.

I think this would be a great idea, and quite useful for a few of my setups in the past..
Some of which have over 200 total files :|
