Summary

right now features and bugs require a 'I commit to being nice' , but the end result also makes it look like tasks have been accomplished as soon as an issue is simply written up.

Proposed Solution

submitting a PR to micronaut causes a bot to comment on your pr with a similar commitment message. that might be worth looking into emulating / re using.
