Current Behavior

wrong data is reported on maven central, such as

license
contributors
project site
source site

We want to be sure this isn't a one-off problem.

This problem is something that I can consistently produce.

Expected Behavior

these data points should be updated to

use our actual license
can the contributors be fixed to remove graeme and cedric?
project url should point to main threshr readme
source url should point to latest release?
