I want to be able to follow instructions on how to install this software

Proposed Solution

add a snippet on installing via docker or locally

Alternative

report dependency versions to install rather than instructions

Additional Context

Install instructions dont need to be exhaustive. Not wholly applicable, but this is an example of that.
