Hi @elliatab, thank you for reaching out and suggesting adding more diverse examples for temporal shifting; we should look into it for our next iteration of the course. However, we are currently not accepting any PRs as the latest version of the content is in a code freeze. Please check back in when we do. In the meantime, @holanita should we close this issue and move this suggestion to the discussion section? |

The carbon awareness chapter only mentions Google and Microsoft as examples of technology companies applying demand shifting.
I think it could be improved with additional examples.
Describe the solution you'd like
Adding Apple's Clean Energy Charging on iPhone as another example may help to make the concept of temporal shifting more tangible for trainees.
