Negative chromVar deviation score

I have a feeling that this question might have been asked before, but did not find anything after a quick search.

I'm curious about how to interpret negative Z scores from chromVar deviation analysis. Since these are Z score, if they are negative in cell type A, they have to be positive in another cell type B. My main question is whether we could say anything about these TF in cell type A where the Z score is negative. Is it fair to say they are "depletetd" in this cell type?
