refactor: add security context

What's changed

Resolve #207.

Add SecurityContext in SlimPodSpec and MainContainerSpec.

For compatibility reasons (some old deployments still use the root container to r/w files in PVC), we don't set up the non-user settings in SecurityContext.

In the future, we can use initializer to chmod for the existing files to match the user/group that is configured in the security context.
