Guenael install Script either incorrect or missing something

Just trying to install Guenael for RPI 4 as I've done many times and had no issues and had the RPI running 24 7 receiving WSPR on RTLSDR. But after installing two different OS's 1. Ubunut for RPI and 2. RPI Debian Bullseye with Raspberry Pi Desktop both gave me the following error.

/home/ubuntu/rtl-sdr/src/librtlsdr.c:30:10: fatal error: libusb.h: No such file or directory

compilation terminated.

What is going on with the script. I followed the install instruction to the penny. As a relatively new user of linux, I tried to make a file in the directory named libusb.h but that didn't work.
Help?

OK for anyone else that has this problem, I fixed it by following https://github.com/jopohl/urh/wiki/SDR-udev-rules. And copying the rules to etc/udev/rules.d

working fine now
