Genshin module has option to enable "uwu theme", that changes colors on entire website. Implement something like that in taiwlind.

I think there is some misunderstanding here, in README there is entry about that:

Genshin inspired, this module exclusive, UI and UwU color theme.

It clearly says, that this color theme should be only Genshin module exclusive, so it shouldn't be enabled for whole site, but only those Genshin module views
