To support numerous tests for AWS DAX cluster testing, the following methods need to be added:

Assert DAX cluster has server side encryption enabled
Assert DAX cluster has given node type
Assert DAX cluster replication factor
Assert DAX cluster Subnet Group name / ID
Assert DAX cluster Security Group IDs
Assert DAX cluster parameter group name / value
