In summary, players with stim in their system are unable to be revived (apparently due to HD's insistance that co-op players not overdose each other), and players without stim may not be revived anyway, probably due to some math errors on my part.
Will see about maybe asking Matt to allow co-op stims even with the possibility of OD, and/or manually tracking stim in system but keeping it zero on HD's side.
