Add refinements to HEDM Calibration Dialogs

We should add the refinement options to this dialog (similar to other calibration dialogs), and allow constraints to be specified (preferably as a delta instead of min/max).

When the users modify settings such as the "Clobber" settings, this should enable/disable refinement settings accordingly. We should not allow, for instance, Y to be refinable if it is clobbered.
