FGAddon 1.13 / FGFS 2024.1
New Features
- Added compatibility to landing_rate_addon https://github.com/RenanMsV/landing_rate
- The aux fuel pump now enrichens the mixture a bit, like documented in the POH
- FDM: Simulate wing incidence, so the plane is calibrated to keep wings level at ~130kts cruise speed (the C182 has no aileron trim, but the wing is adjusted; this is adjustable in the factory settings of the plane)
- Avionics fan and overheat simulation (in case of fan failure, and/or very hot cabin conditions)
- C182T: Standby battery simulation
- MASTER and BAT switch (as well as avionic master bus switches) are now operated together. shift-click to operate individually (POH 7-34).
- New lever handling (simulation of mixture vernier and throttle friction lock):
- Shift-usage now adjusts in 10% steps (previously it was 50%)
- Alt-usage (new) now adjusts in 1% steps
- Normal operation is still 5% steps
- KR87 ADF receiver: Implement ET timer and fix some bugs, so the instrument should behave like the real one now
- Engine starter overheat and failure simulation (respect the crank duty cycle)
- Compass correction Card can now be "zoomed into" by clicking on it
- Added ALT mode to trim wheels (finer control)
- Engine can now be heard in multiplayer for remote C182 planes
- Nicer animation for parking brake lever (according real world YT video footage)
- Passenger model appearance is now configurable
- Some Documentation.md enhancements
- Added option to drain and add oil (in small sips), to make oil handling more realistic
Bugfixes
- Autostart now uncages heading-indicator and artificial horizon, in case they were caged before
- Electrical wiring minor rework and bug fixing
- most importantly the GPU can only supply power if the master switch is on
- 182T variant energy distribution regarding the FG1000 changed t essential bus, according POH
- Adjusted prop lever travel; so it gives finer control over the engine RPM
- Stop prop spin on shutdown in simple engine operation mode (added engine static friction)
- Updated some dialog layouts
- Adjust trim wheels to match new "standard" fgdata mousewheel action
- Fixed "panel hole" in panel texture on left side (regression)
- Fixed fuel tank selector wrapping (when switching from left to both)
- KT76C Transponder: Fixed bug with Test mode and partial codes

FGAddon 1.12
New features
- Oil type can be changed now. Use the new SAE 30 grade oil for cold temperatures
- Rearranged/enhanced GUI/Menu
- Ground equipment (Electrical and Fuel trailer) now have actions to connect/disconnect power and to refuel
- Fuel tank trailer has new more high quality model
- Compass calibration card, and magnetic influence of avionics on compass
- Compass is now pivot mounted and more realistic; it can get stuck for example in steep banks
- Autostart refactored; its behaviour is configurable now. Mixture can be auto-leaned. Better logs into the logfile that may help debug further problems.
- New correct Cessna magneto key for the C182S
- COM-Radios now support setting the squelch override like described in the manual
- New towbar for easier ground handling (select from the nose wheel clickspot)
- VAC, AMP and ManfoldPress gauges can fail now
- Flashlight converted to Compositor. Instruments are now properly illuminated, Also you now can light stuff outside the plane from the cockpit!
- New animation for the Fuel selector
- New plane cover. If you don't cover your plane, it may get frosted over in winter!
Bugfixes
- Internal static port is a bit more laggy now
- Spark plug fouling is a little less aggressive
- Radio Stack now remembers radio channel selection
- Small fixes in oil temp handling

- NAV needle deflections revised, so they show accurately 2° deviation per dot now

- Instruments settings behaviour is consistent now: scroll-wheel up raises the setting (down lowers) at all instruments
- Instruments settings knob rotation directions now correspond to real world footage
- VSI was oscillating randomly at ground (small jitter)
- Courtesy lights now actually emit light from the light source
- C182T FG1000 initialization error fixed
- State system better supports changing states at runtime. Previously there ave been small problems like engine temps
- ADF disc rotation fixed
