Will Fail, IFC Export Reporter

The current open source IFC exporter fails on certain elements in models.

But it doesn't produce any warnings instead it just hangs Revit requiring you to crash it out. Can you review how hard it might be to create an "error" reporter that will generate a list of Revit elements by ID that will cause an export to fail? Phase 2 would be to make a branch that allows you to ignore and continue the export.

This could be a public fork of the main project. See Greg to get a test model.
