Use the Attached JSON file for the input to the "From File" Option.

Just going to tack a couple of items on to this issue that I don't want to put into the current PR

Phase filtering is not currently working
Design option filtering is not currently working
Design option filters should exclude <primary> from the design option name, as this could change and causes an error
View Template list should be filtered based on the 2D/3D radio button. Only floor plan view templates can be applied when 2D and 3D view templates for 3D
