TENTATIVE ON UPDATED DESIGNS
implement the 2025 sponsors page from the designs using the section readme as a template and tailwind for styling
implementation should go in the apps/main/src/app/sponsors directory
background for top part should be exported as a single svg, then imported and rendered as a React component
ensure desktop and mobile responsiveness, prioritizing desktop
