Describe the solution you'd like
I wonder if srt can provide a feature like bandwidth binding. e.x. I have four moble 4G link links in one device, and I want to transfer a 4K high definition video, then it sounds a good idea to bind the 4 links to one, then its total bandwidth is 4x one link.

The balancing bonding mode is intended for that, but it is not available yet.
See #1120.
