Inconsistent/Not translated dates

Observed/problematic behavior

Displayed dates are not translated into the user's selected language at specific locations.
So far, I only noticed the date remaining in english (Displaying "March" despite language being german) on the "Member since" text on a user's profile, while it seems translated on any other location.

Expected behavior

The date should be properly translated.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set a language other than english (i.e. german)
2. Go to your profile page
3. See the "Member since" text in the top-right depicting the date in english.
