Is your feature request related to a problem?

Right now from the home page, if you want to view all of the projects you have starred or are watching you have to first go to your profile page by clicking on your username then "profile" from the dropdown. I agree its not incredibly time consuming but a better option would be a nice QOL improvement.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I think having a star icon right here to instantly take you to your starred projects would be perfect

Describe alternatives you've considered.

The notifications list can easily get spammed to the point where it's not very useful for finding specific projects, which is ok since that's not the main goal of notifications, but I think it justifies the need for another button for quick access to your starred projects.
