ci: remove release files

The release files are provided by the standard workflow templates. We have to remove them here. #50 didn't do that.

The workflow failed with

Run # using same ref as in calling workflow
Cloning into '.release_clone'...
Your branch is up to date with 'origin/main'.
mv: cannot stat '.release/.releaserc.yml': No such file or directory
Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

Verification

None, it's the release process which can't be checked here. Was checked in the Test repository without a .release directory.
