Starting rando with 1 heart causes health alarm beeping #4620

Starting a rando with 1 heart works ok. But as soon as you pick up a single recovery heart, link starts the "oh shit I'm dying" ragged breathing noises, and the alarm beep starts sounding.
This should not happen when you have 1/1 hearts (ie, 100% health).
