Typo: "Gift from Raoru" --> "Gift from Rauru" or "Gift from the Sages"

In the Spoiler and Plandomizer Editor, as well as elsewhere in code I'm sure, the Gift from Rauru is misspelled as Gift from Raoru. I'd like to suggest this either corrects the typo, or alternatively rename the location to "Gift from the Sages" to better match other references to this location in code, such as RC_GIFT_FROM_SAGES within the location access and check tracker code
