It's more than Ganondorf; Twinrovas can also sometime pull out some Link's voice; Stalfoss fight during Ganondorf Tower Collapsing scene

Thanks for adding more details @PurpleHato ! Might be the same thing, but good to keep adding the places where we know its broken.
