Bangladesh flag is not centered

Hi, it seems that the red circle in the bd flag is not centered.

That's intentional. From the Wikipedia article on the flag:

The red disc is offset slightly toward the hoist so that it appears centered when the flag is flying.

That said, the off-centeredness of the flag in this project:

...seems to be more severe than the image on the Wikipedia article:

Maybe the disc could indeed be moved a bit to the center?

It also seems that the disk is too small compared to the height of the flag. This is perhaps more visible in the square version of the flag, from PR #51:

So IMO the proportions should be adjusted along with the position of the disk.
