White circle around some flags

I recently integrated your icons into my app, but some of the flags have a white outline around them. Is it expected?

I opened one of such flags (ru.svg) in my image viewer and found that it does have a small stroke which is very noticeable when the image is scaled down (16x16 is used for icons):

Hi Shatur, I'm aware of this bug and I've mentioned it here and here.

I was in the process of generating new versions of many of the flags (such as all vertical/horizontal bicolor/tricolor flags) so that this wouldn't be a problem with them anymore.

Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to access my local codebase for this repo. It's on a computer that I don't have physical access to, at least not for the time being.
