I don't think that level of detail is in keeping with the design guidelines favoring minimalism.

Apologies @HaithamLeo, but @shankarsivarajan is correct. The elements within the flags are intentionally simplified.

This is a distortion, not a simplification.

With respect, I'm not gonna use a library that displays my country's flag in a distorted way.

No worries. Here are some alternative libraries that don't simplify/distort the flags:
