parser regression with macro type reification in switch case

The following doesn't parse anymore because of #6428:

class Main {
	static function main() {
		switch (null : haxe.macro.Expr.ComplexType) {
			case macro : Int:
		}
	}
}

The problem here is that it tries to parse a CTNamed type because it encounters a colon : after Int, but that colon has different meaning (case pattern end).
