To reduce the complexity of the project, and increase focus, we should split it up into modules.

Make a separate examples project
Make a separate tests project
Not sure about this one maybe this can be a separate project or jar: hxcpp-debugger-protocol

Only the base plugin should be here. This may reduce the entry difficulty for new contributors.
