lime setup wont work.

hi!
so i was trying to install lime using the cmd command "haxelib install lime" but it didnt work and just showed the error "error : failed with error : blocking" so what i did was to just install lime as a zip and then install it witch actually worked!
but when i tryed to do "haxelib run lime setup" it didnt work at all.
i tryed to find a zip file for the setup but couldnt and now im stuck with this error : blocking.
can anyone help please?

Could be access is blocked due to security features in your OS or incorrect file-access rights, a quick search at the openFL community forum might also suggest its related to Haxe and lime version missmatch (both when it comes to releases and when it comes to 32bit vs 64bit builds)
