URL example: /ui/resource_tracker/resource_group//resources/

Currently only name and instance are sortable.

Resource have attributes list and attributes have an attribute_type and a value. The queryset must be order by value of a specific attribute_type.
I haven't found how to do this with order_by.

Aborted for v2. This require a huge effort to update the table rendering.
