Here is a list of sfx we'll need. Music is to be discussed separately. (Not a complete list)

Natural/ambient sounds

  • Birds
  • Wind (soft wind and strong wind)
  • Grass rustling
  • Trees in the wind
  • sandy wind
  • water (flowing creek)
  • distant noise of crowds
  • toads/frogs
  • flags flapping in the wind

Direct SFX (stuff that occurs from the player or animated objects)

  • boots walking on grass/leaves
  • twigs snapping
  • boots in mud
  • boots on sand
  • boots on snow
  • sheathing/unsheathing weapons
  • metal clash
  • bowstring release
  • bow draw
  • arrow flight through wind
  • arrow striking objects
  • sound for sword striking flesh
  • rustling bag sounds
  • Rocks grinding
  • fire: fire explosion, fire flying through the air
  • large objects slamming into the ground
  • lever sfx
  • sound of something locking into place
  • paper unfolding/shifting
  • sound of chime (for the healing charm, but maybe chime doesn't fit quite as well)
  • sound of laser (single burst then slow fade)

Voiced sfx

  • grunts
  • various roaring sfx
  • snakes
  • sound set for goblins
  • hyenas, lions, tigers, other big cats
  • yelling
  • mischievous laughing
  • long exhalation
  • growling (high pitch and low pitch)
