An AggregateConfiguration is a query that builds a bit of a cohort. These can be marked as 'templates' making them reusable within Cohort Builder.
This ticket looks at how awesome that behaviour is in CohortBuilder and seeks to have the same functionality available in the Extraction side of things.
This is primarily about collections of filters. Not collections of datasets.
The ability to mark a SelectedDataSet in an ExtractionConfiguration as a 'template'
Adding from context menus etc should behave similar to the Cohort Builder experience of templates

There are no extractions or cohort builder configurations of this dataset that use filters
Describe the solution you'd like
Ask user if they want to pick from template (yes/no - like in cohort builder) . Allow search and pick to inmport the filter tree. Currently it shows the above error message and only lets you pick from existing extractions.
