Currently, we have an optional caveat, but it would be nice to provide this automatically, per https://raymii.org/s/snippets/OS-X-Enable-Access-for-assistive-devices-via-command-line.html .

It's not too hard; the main reason it is not done already is that there is no mini-DSL for after_install blocks.
