As a user
I want to post questions on a public community page
So that other users and community members provide answers

TODO: Should the question poster be able to answer his own question?

📋 Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance Critiera 1

Given user's question title is too short
When the user submits the question
Then show an error message indicating the minimum number of characters allowed in the question title

Given user's question content is too short
When the user submits the question
Then show an error message indicating the minimum number of characters allowed in the question's content
